Our automated self check-in provides you with the flexibility to check-in anytime that is convenient to you.
We do not have an onsite reception, therefore if you require assistance please call 08 8683 4884 anytime.

Wondering how the self check-in process works?
  • On the day of your arrival before 2pm you will receive an SMS to the mobile number you provided when you made your booking.
  • The SMS will contain your Villa Number and your Key Dispenser Code. There is also a link to our terms and conditions

VILLA INFORMATION

AIRCONDITIONER
The air conditioner unit has an isolation switch near the entry door.  Before using the air conditioner you will need to turn on the isolation switch using the small key you have received with your villa key via the key dispenser.  The isolation switch must be turned off to remove the key.

BASIC ESSENTIALS
All our villas are fully self-contained and self-catering.  The are equipped with dishes and utensils for your use.  On departure please ensure all are washed, dried and put back in the cupboards.  Initial welcome packs of tea, coffee, milk, and toiletries are supplied upon arrival but are not replenished throughout your stay.

CHECKING OUT
On the day of your departure, we ask you to leave your keys on the kitchen bench and lock the door behind you.  Departure is strictly 10am.  If you wish to extend your stay please contact us on 08 8683 4884 as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate you.

GUEST NUMBERS PER VILLA
If the number of people occupying your villa changes, please notify reception.  Additional charges will apply should you have additional guests and additional linen and resources are utilised.

HOUSEKEEPING
Our housekeeping team is available each morning. Port Lincoln Villas are self-contained, and it is expected that you maintain the cleanliness of your villa during your stay. Please ensure all dishes are washed, dried, and put away upon departure. Additional charges may apply if extra housekeeping is required after check-out. Each villa is equipped with a broom, dustpan, mop, dish detergent, and aluminum foil to assist with your housekeeping needs.

For guests staying longer than 5 days, towels will be changed every 2-3 days. For stays of 7 nights or longer, a full Villa Service will be scheduled, which includes a weekly linen change, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, bathroom cleaning, and wiping down of surfaces. Please note, housekeepers are not permitted to touch or move your belongings, so a full Villa Service can only be completed if the villa is left in a clean and workable environment. A note will be left in your villa identifying when a service is scheduled.

Should you require additional towels or linen outside of the scheduled changes, please let us know. Additional charges may apply.

There is an onsite laundromat available if needed.

INTERNET WI-FI

IRONS / BOARDS / CLOTHES AIRER
These items can be located in the wardrobe within the main bedroom.

MAINTENANCE
Any problems during your stay, please call 08 8683 4884 and we will attend to promptly.  For non urgent issues, please alert us by emailing stay@portlincolncabinpark.com.au.

NOISE
For the comfort of all our guests, please keep noise to a minimum after 10pm.

OVEN / GRILL SAFETY SWITCHES
A safety switch to be used in the event of an emergency is located on the wall in close proximity to the oven.  Applicable only to villas 4 to 12.

LUGGAGE STORAGE
Luggage may be stored to accommodate your travel arrangements by prior arrangement.

LOST PROPERTY
Articles left in villas after your departure will be kept for 2 months.  If not reclaimed in that time they will be given to charity.  Articles can be posted to you, at your expense, at your request.

PETS
Pets are not allowed at anytime.  Management reserves the right to make exceptions based on medical supported pets.

RECYCLING
The City Council of Port Lincoln has now refined their rubbish recycling service for the town.  To assist in this process and contribute to the environment, please use bins for rubbish as marked i.e. "Recycle" or "Rubbish".  Items suitable for recycling are listed on the sticker on your "Recycle" tub, located under the sink in the villa.  If the "Recycle" bin is full, please leave on your front deck in the morning and our housekeeping team will remove and replace with an empty tub.
 
SMOKE ALARMS
Smoke alarms are present in all villas and are hard wired.

SMOKING
ALL villas are strictly NON SMOKING.  Ashtrays are provided on the veranda outside for your convenience.

VALUABLES
Protect all valuables at all times.   Ensure you lock your doors, especially on departure, close all windows and do not leave valuables in view.

PARK INFORMATION

BBQ AREA
The BBQ Area is a free facility for the use of villa park guests.  It is located under the pergola, near villa 12 (please see map above).  BBQ utensils are available in your villa, the key for the gas tap is hanging on the hook in your villa kitchen.  Please ensure you leave this area clean and tidy for other occupants and return the gas tap key to the hook in your villa kitchen after use.

BUSINESS SERVICES
Eyre Peninsula Business Hub is located in the large building on the corner of Stevenson & London Street, if you require photocopying or professional work space, please make contact directly with their team during business hours or by emailing hello@eyrepeninsulabusinesshub.com.au.

EMERGENCY PROCEDURE
In the event of fire or other emergencies, DO NOT PANIC, if safe to do so alter other villa park guests and contact us immediately on 08 8683 4884 and the necessary emergency services resources.  If case of fire, check wind direction and move to a clear safe assembly area on kerbside opposite the park.

LAUNDROMAT
The laundromat is open to the public during the day, but limited to villa park guests after these hours for 24/7.  If you would like to access the laundromat after it has closed, you can do so by entering '5606#' into the keypad on the laundromat door or alternatively by using the entry key hanging in your villa.  During the exclusive use periods for villa guests and for security we request that you do not block open the door.  The laundromat is accessed from London Street, see map above for location.  The machines accept $1 and $2 coins, you will be supplied with a sachet of laundry powder in your villa to be able to attend to your first load of washing.  We do not have any external clothes lines, however you are able to use the driers within the laundromat or the clothes airer which is stored in the cupboard of the main bedroom in your villa.

PARKING
Each villa has one allocated off street car park.  If you are not using your allocated car park, your visitors are welcome to use it.  There is additional parking available for extra cars, including your visitors or trailers, at the front of the Park on Stevenson Street.

PLAYGROUND
Wellington Square Playground is located 500 metres from the park and provides a securely fenced playground area, with gardens, shelters and BBQ's.  Follow this link for more information: https://portlincoln.com.au/products/attraction-2/wellington-square-playground/

RECEPTION
Park receptionist is available from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday by calling 08 8683 4884, outside of these hours the phone will divert to the Manager and we request that after hours contact is for urgent matters only.
